SALSA

this is real good salsa. you should eat it and buy it somewhere if given the opportunity. I find its mixture of corn, black beans, and roasted red peppers to be a very enjoyable combination. my only qualm is that I would like it to be a little hotter. it's got a little bite, but you know, I like it hot.

tonight I grilled up some hot dogs, and I put this salsa on my hot dogs. I then sprinkled some shredded cheese on top of the salsa. I found it much more rewarding than your standard mustard and ketchup.
